bigwin777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bigwin777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security

3.3 KYC Verification

bigwin777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bigwin777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bigwin777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bigwin777 reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to bigwin777, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• bigwin777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bigwin777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your bigwin777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The bigwin777 Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which provides an independent review process for complaints against PAGCOR-regulated gaming operators. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

bigwin777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bigwin777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bigwin777 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
